The Spectrum Collaboration Challenge (SC2) heads to Barcelona this month for GSMA’s Mobile World Congress Barcelona (MWC19) – the largest mobile event in the world. The theme of MWC19 is ‘Intelligent Connectivity’, which certainly captures the goals of SC2. At MWC19, DARPA will be featured as one of their Partner Programmes, which spotlight unique presentations from today’s industry visionaries as they share their insights about the rapidly growing mobile ecosystem.
On Wednesday, February 27, DARPA’s Paul Tilghman will share the results from the competition’s final qualifying event and preview the upcoming SC2 finale. The session will provide attendees with an overview of SC2’s mission to use AI to enable spectrum sharing, as well as the innovative work and early milestones achieved by the SC2 competitor field. In addition, attendees will have an opportunity to hear from a panel of industry experts regarding the future of 5G and Spectrum Sharing, including where SC2 technologies will influence the 5G ecosystem.
The session will take place in Hall 8.0 – NEXTech Theatre C. Registration will open at 3:00pm local time, with Paul’s overview kicking off at 3:30pm. The full agenda is as follows:
