SCATTER

IDLab, imec research group at Ghent University, University of Antwerp, Rutgers University

SCATTER is a mixed Belgium-USA team with researchers from the research institute imec and Rutgers University.

The team has multidisciplinary skillsets: physical layer, medium access control, network layer, environment understanding, deep learning, reinforcement learning, multi-agent learning. The team has a mixture of junior PhD and senior Postdoc researchers with diverse backgrounds and strong engineering, implementation, integration and experimental validation skills. Although in absolute numbers, SCATTER is a big team, only a limited numbers of researchers are full-time allocated to the challenge.

SCATTER is a team that doesn’t give up and breaks through all obstacles towards the final target. Combining clever engineering with innovative research, SCATTER provides a generic solution towards adaptability, flexibility and collaboration.
